(a)\u00a0<\/strong>Collection of Application Form:<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Use \u201cOnline Admission Application System<\/a>\u201d<\/li>
  2. Obtain from school in person<\/li>
  3. Download from our school website<\/li><\/ol>

    (b)\u00a0<\/strong>Distribution Period and Submission Period<\/strong>\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Start from 1st<\/sup> August, 2023 (Tuesday)<\/span><\/p>

    (c)\u00a0<\/strong>Distribution Time and Submission Time in person<\/strong>\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Monday to Friday: <\/strong>9:00a.m. to 5:30p.m.<\/p>

    (d)\u00a0<\/strong>Application Procedure<\/strong>\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>Online Admission Application System:<\/p>

    1. Birth certificate (format: jpeg, jpg, png, pdf; size: 5MB)<\/li>
    2. Student photo (format: jpeg, jpg, png; size: 5MB)<\/li>
    3. Bank receipt of the application fee HK$40 (Application fees cannot be refunded or transferred)<\/li>
    4. After completing the application procedure, parents will receive a verification email. Please make sure to check your email inbox and junk mailbox, if necessary.<\/li><\/ol>

      \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/b>By post:<\/p>

      1. A photocopy of the child\u2019s birth certificate<\/li>
      2. A recent photo of the child (Please paste it on the application form)<\/li>
      3. 2 self-addressed envelopes with postage.<\/li>
      4. HK$40 application fee (Cheque payable: ROCK OF AGES L K)<\/li><\/ol>

        *Application fees cannot be refunded or transferred<\/p>

        \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/b>In person:<\/p>

        1. Original and photocopy of the child\u2019s birth certificate<\/li>
        2. A recent photo of the child (Please paste it on the application form)<\/li>

        4. HK$40 application fee (non-returnable whether the application is successful or not.)<\/li><\/ol>

          (e)\u00a0<\/span>Interview Arrangements<\/span>\uff1a<\/span><\/p>

          1. Interview date: 28th<\/sup> October, 2023 (Sat)<\/span><\/li>
          2. Interviewers should show their interview letters.<\/span><\/li>
          3. All applicants have a chance for interview. Interview
            will be conducted in the forms of games. Parents should accompany their child for the interview.<\/span><\/li>

            translation service is required.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

            (f)\u00a0<\/span>Admission Criteria<\/span>\uff1a<\/span><\/p>

            1. Interview performance<\/li>
            2. The applicant with sibling(s) currently studying in our school will be given priority consideration<\/li>
            3. K1 Applicants should be born on or before 31st<\/span>December 2021<\/li>
            4. The applicant from families in need of whole day classes will be given priority consideration when applying for whole day classes<\/li><\/ol>

              (g)\u00a0<\/span>Announcement of Admission Results<\/span>\uff1a<\/span><\/p>

              \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/b><\/span>We will inform parents of the K1 admission results on or before 17<\/span>th<\/sup> November, 2023 by post \/ by email.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>

              (h)\u00a0<\/strong>Centralised\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Registration Arrangements<\/span>\uff1a<\/span><\/b><\/p>

              \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a01.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span>Date: 4 January, 2024(Thursday) to 6 January, 2024(Saturday)<\/span><\/p>

              \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span>Time: 9am to 5:30pm (Thur & Fri) OR 9:00am to 1:00pm (Sat) by submitting the RC \/ AP and paying registration fee.<\/span><\/p>

              \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02.\u00a0<\/span>Please be reminded that if parents cannot submit the RC \/ AP during registration, our school may not be able to complete
              registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to submit application for the registration document to the EDB within the specified period.<\/span><\/p>

              \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03.\u00a0<\/span>The registration fee for 2024\/25 K1 place in the AM class is HK$970, while that for K1 place in the whole day class
              is HK$1570. If the child concerned studies in our school, the registration fee paid will be refunded in October. Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify us in writing. We will return the RC \/ AP as soon as possible but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the RC \/ AP, our school will no longer keep the school place for the child.<\/span><\/p>

              (i)\u00a0<\/strong>If there are still vacancies in the school
              after the unified registration date, parents will be notified by phone to register according to the order of filling up the list.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
